Sometimes we need clear and safe guidelines to assist in achieving our goals.

Learn how to confidently use weights - kettlebells, dumbbells, your own body weight, suspension trainers, and all sorts of gym paraphernalia.

Understand how to use equipment and your body with great form, and train to reduce the risk of injury whilst gaining maximum health benefits.


Develop your understanding in how to use the equipment, how far to push your body, why resting muscle groups is important and a myriad of lots of unanswered questions.

Whatever your reason, I'm here to help you believe in yourself and realise that its often the first steps, that leap of faith, which is the most difficult obstacle to overcome.

Core Training

Look after the Core that makes You

My experiences in fitness training include a focus on Core Training.


Core training strengthens the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony.


Core training will help burn calories, boost your metabolism, and improve your overall health.


Weak core muscles can leave the body susceptible to poor posture, lower back pain and muscle injuries.


Core training, whilst usually incorporated partially into full-body sessions, can also be focused upon solely for an entire session.

Group Fitness

Feel Good, Look Good

Having had the pleasure of running bootcamps and circuits in local gyms, which I thoroughly enjoy (Lawrence Boys Club/Koko & Limewood Hotel/ Lyndhurst) I further offer classes for groups from 4 to 20 people, giving you the chance to work with and alongside other people.


I am also part of the coaching team in the recently opened Crossfit Box in Lymington, where I can be found running WODs (workout of the days) on Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays from 3 pm.

In group sessions, the competitive edge in everyone is challenged, in a happy, light going but enduring and hard working session.

Music is key as sometimes you need a beat to zone out to and focus on your body reaching those quantities, whilst always remembering, no matter what, that it is always quality (of form) over quantity (of reps). 


Even though you are in a group setting, it is wise to remember that everyone is different and everyone will achieve their personal goals by listening to their body and pushing it that little bit more each time you exercise.

Boxercise

Power Up and Feel Amazing

Boxing incorporates both cardio and resistance training.


Throwing punches requires a surprising amount of upper body strength, and combining some serious strength moves with calorie-burning boxing will, in turn, help to improve your body composition.


Further to this, your hand-eye coordination can be improved through regular boxing as you get more and more accurate at hitting those targets on the focus pads. Improve your motor skills, reaction times and agility.


Boxing is suitable for all abilities - use it to gain a sporting edge or just improve your general health and fitness.
